I have done 2 cycles with the Gnrh pump, both resulting in negative results, no pregnancy. My background is primary hypoth ammenhoria, never gotten natural period. I am wondering if for this 3rd try, it is worth doing the pump w IUI? My husband sometimes has problems ejaculating, especially under pressure, so I think IUI could help, especially if he can bring sperm in ahead of time. As well, both cycles i have been struck w vaginal yeast infections ( maybe due to increased hormones), so worrying the acidity of my vagina could be killing sperm, or making it an uninhabitable environment. How many times is it worth trying the pump before moving on to something else? The pump has worked amazing at inducing ovulation for me, last time I only needed to be on it for 9 days. First cycle was longer at 21 days. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi Shelley,
Would you mind sharing the name of your accupuncterist? I went through D&C as well and my lining worries me a bit. I would like to find some alternative treatment that could help it grow thicker. I went to a couple of accupuncture clinics and London, but was not impressed either with the doctors, or with the way clinics are run. Thanks.

Hi, I'm from the UK.I have hypothalmic amenorrea due to hypothyroidisn aswell as osteopenia estrogen deficiency, growth hormone deficiency and septo optic dysplasia. I am starting gonadatropin treatment in about a month but i am very scared and nervous. I hate that its so rare because i feel like thees no one around to ask for experience. My infertility problem causes me so much pain, i really hope that the treatment works. I dont understand how i was fertile before after having 1 chikd and one miscarriage albeit ten yrs ago and now i am not.
